Course Description
Digital Photography is a one-year course for students interested in hands-on photography using digital cameras and computers. This course will familiarize students with photographic equipment, materials and methods through theory and hands-on practice. Adobe Bridge and Photoshop will be used to edit and manage images. Students will study and emulate a variety of photographic styles as well as create a portfolio of original compositions. Students will develop the ability to aesthetically value their own work and that of their classmates.
Homework: While most shooting and editing is done in class, students must be available to work on some projects outside of the school day.

Course Description
Advanced Digital Photography is a one-year course for students interested in continuing their education in the evolving field of Digital Photography. With full access to mirrorless cameras and a suite of professional lenses, students will learn industry-leading post-production techniques in Adobe Photoshop, utilize complex studio lighting, engage in client-based photoshoots and develop a personal, artistic style. While the class will emphasize capturing images digitally, students will also be exposed to film photography and have opportunities to work in a darkroom.
