Suicide Prevention and Crisis Resources
Suicide is preventable and mental health is treatable. There is help!
During school hours, if you, or a friend, are having thoughts of hurting yourself or others, get help immediately from a trusted adult on campus or visit the counseling department.
For life-threatening emergencies after school, on the weekends or during school breaks/holidays, you can call 9-1-1, your local police department or visit the nearest emergency room if you can get there safely. Visit the San Mateo County Mental Health page down below for more information.
