Summer Information

Summer Hours 2025


The BHS campus will be undergoing significant renovation over the summer. Contractors will continue the work on our gym and certain areas of the main buildings will be closed for other projects/construction during the summer. Please respect all posted signs when visiting the campus. The main buildings will remain open through the construction and continue to service student needs.

Our summer hours will be limited:

NOTE - Main Office will be temporarily in room A136 for this summer due to construction.

  • Front Office and Counseling Office - Room A136
    • Hours - 8:30 am-11:45 am and 1:15 pm-3:00 pm, Tuesday thru Thursday - 650-558-2899 
    • School offices will be closed on Mondays and Fridays throughout the summer.
    • All offices will be closed from July 1st thru July 11th. 
    • Regular office hours will begin on Aug 12. 
    • Work permits can be obtained from Ms Rosaia (lrosaia@smuhsd.org) at the Main Office - applications may take 2-3 days to process (plan accordingly).
  • Transcripts and VOE's
    • Transcripts can be requested online on the Transcript Request page.
      • Pickup is available during summer hours listed above.
    • VOE requests should be mailed to the school, with the signed request, and $5 fee (check or M/O).
      • If requestor has the ability to pay online, they may be emailed to aguiulfo@smuhsd, along with the signed release.
      • You will receive a link to complete the payment online.
  • Health Clerk
    • Office will be available virtually for athletic clearance only
      • June 9 - July 2, Mon/Wed 9am-12:45 pm 
      • July 8, 10, 15, 17 11am-1:30pm
